At my weekend security job patrol we have to cross over the roof on the 12th floor penthouse level that has a low parapet along the edge where we have to walk. It makes my fear of heights kick into high gear. I have been crossing the roof for three years now and everytime I get panicked. It sucks. Previous bottle had just L-theanine. However this newer batch has added rice flour and microcrystalline cellulose. The bottle and pills are bigger, but the content and dosage of L-theanine are the same. Hmmm, can't we just have purity in our supplements?

I rarely write reviews but this stuff works for sleep. Finally I found something that works. The past couple of months I’ve been waking up at 1am and can’t go back to sleep. I take 2 of these and 1 magnesium and I sleep all night!
