Works great to fill in those cracks to provide needed insulation
Ordered this because we have an older home and due to larger than necessary holes drilled in wood floors for heating pipes, cold air comes into house. Just cut this to size and place down in areas to prevent cold air coming in/drafts. Love it easy to use and cut to size.

Plant Shipping
I was so happy to find this insulation. I use this to line boxes that I ship African Violet and other plants to people. Whether it is hot or cold weather it keeps the boxes of plants and leaves cool or keeps them from getting to hot.It is hard to find this quantity rather than the huge rolls. Shipping was right on time. Thanks for a great product.

Perfect for covering open-backed ceiling speakers in a ceiling with blown insulation
If you're installing open-back ceiling speakers in a ceiling with blown insulation, this is a perfect inexpensive way to 1) reduce the sound from one zone being heard in another, and 2) prevent blown insulation from getting in and around the speaker cone. One roll is 48" long so if you cut in in half, each half will cover one speaker so one roll will do one pair of speakers. simply remove the blown insulation in the vicinity of the speaker, cut the hole, install the speaker, place 1/2 the roll over the speaker (it will fit nice and snug over and around the speaker between the joists), then cover with the displaced blown insulation. I was VERY happy I decided to try this as opposed to dedicated expensive solutions such as heavy, fireproof "domes" that add more weight to the drywall and cost big $$. Perfect for the DIY'er installing a whole-house audio system on a budget.
