Sebbene duri un po’ poco, se usato secondo quantitativi tali da beneficiare dei suoi effetti a livello sportivo, lo trovo ottimo ed efficace. Consigliato certamente.

This helps a lot with burning off the stubborn hard to burn fat. Especially it recommends on an empty stomach for a fasted morning cardio workout. Up hill incline cardio or through the Canyons etc even for 20-30 minutes according to ChatGPT Now, not sure if I am doing a review for the Triple Strength or Original- but this is good for both reviews. The original the Citrus or Tropical flavor amazing on the original More syrupy on the Triple Strength- but to be expected it’s clearly Triple Strength. Great stuff and great brand- Nothing else like it on Amazon.
