If you are traveling for a long time with cold or frozen food, I would recommend putting medical ice inside to keep it cold, we always do this if we combine shopping with other things and then you don’t have to worry about melting. Keep in mind that in the summer the bag can get hot in the car, and it is better to cover it from above so as not to let heat and sunlight through to it. This is a very roomy bag. Pizza boxes fit, you can pack several bags of food from the restaurant inside. Looks neat and multifunctional. I also use an insert box to protect the bottom from leaks and give more firmness to the base, which helps with product sorting. It's my personal experience to keep this separate from the cat, as my cat thought it was her house and started settling in there, putting her toys in there until I used the bag. Worth the money

I gave 5 stars for this product for mainly four reasons. The first reason is seller’s courtesy and responsiveness; I was concerned that the timeframe for the delivery was long; the vendor responded quickly and was very professional and courteous. The second reasons is delivery; I got the bag much sooner than expected. The third reason is the product’s quality, it's heavy duty and perfectly suitable to delivering food safely while keeping it warm. The final reason is packaging; the product was perfectly packaged and there was a nice thank you card, it gave a very good impression.

I deliver food for UberEats, DoorDash, and Whole Foods (Amazon Flex). These durable bags will keep meals warm or cold while delivering. I use an ice pack in one, and a heating pad in the other. For Whole Foods, I get 3 bags of groceries in each Kibaga bag. It is strong enough to put several 12-packs of beverages in them to make carrying multiple items up apartment stairs much easier. I've had no issues with any part of the bag ripping or fraying. The bag handles fit on my shoulder, and with two Kibaga bags, I can carry in one trip from the car, 8 Whole Food bags to the customer's door (3 in each bag draped over my shoulders, and one in each hand). These things are amazing. I was hesitant at first to buy one because of the price, but it made my deliveries so much easier. It was a sound investment to buy one, so months later, I bought another for my other shoulder.

I picked up a catering bag in 2020 since my food delivery orders were getting bigger once the COVID pandemic hit. That cheap bag fell apart within months and I had to keep sewing it up repeatedly until I couldn't put up with it anymore. I found this one and decided to give it a shot. I just got it tonight, so I haven't had a chance to actually use it yet, but right off the bat, I can tell everybody reading this that this is great quality.When I opened the delivery box from Amazon, I expected to see the bag wrapped in a plastic pouch like other insulated bags I've ordered in the past. Nope, this bag came in it's own sealed box. When I opened the box, I saw the bag neatly folded along with a folded support for the bottom of the bag to give it extra support. The exterior of the bag was thick, heavy duty fabric and the inside was completely sealed in heavy duty plastic to protect from leaks. The zipper seems pretty solid and the handle has a velcro strap keep the handles together as well as smaller handles on the long ends of the bag to help pull the back out of your back seat when hauling a loaded bag. Chris & Petra (owners) have set a pretty high bar and I would be really surprised (and disappointed) if anything was to go wrong with this bag but I think this one will last a long time.
