I've been using this on my (incredibly stubborn and mainly cystic-type) backne as well as on my face (only moderate) and it's working very well - much, much fewer blemishes coming up, and the ones I had there are healing within 2-3 days when they usually take several weeks to heal. I've only been using it for a couple of weeks and I saw the results within the first few days. If you do use it on your body invest in a really good body butter though (I use The Body Shop's hemp body butter) because it is quite drying, and invest in a really good moisturizer for your face as well. I'm experiencing some drying and peeling on my shoulders, and flaking on my face, but my acne is clearing up much better than I expected. It's also much, MUCH cheaper than Proactiv. I just wish it was easier to get hold of in my country; I've found some Clean & Clear products on supermarket shelves but never this one.

I hope they never change the formula for this, it's the only thing that works for the occasional zit I get. It dries it up without leaving a mark. Other Clean& Clear products I used to try in the past were proven to be incompatible with my sensitive skin. But this is works great and has never failed me. I cleanse, tone, mosturize then apply this on the acne spot, before bed and by morning the zit is either shrunken or completely dried up.

I have struggles with acne my whole life and honestly probably will for many more years. With that being said, this product has greatly helped me with it. I’d say the past year to two years my acne has gotten worse where I would have two to three bad pimples at all times on my face. It got to the point that I felt embarrassed taking my make up off even in front of my family. I tried this and it initially dried my face out so bad that I thought what did I get myself into! But I probably gave it about a week and let the oils on my face get use to it. I’ve notice i’m not getting as frequent pimples, the pimples that I do get are not as aggressive and heal faster, and my redness from last pimples has also gotten much better. I’ve been using it twice a day and if my face is feeling or looking extra dry i’ll back off for a day or two. This product has helped my immensely and it very affordable!

The product itself is amazing. I have been using it for years now and won't use anything else. The seller on the other hand is awful. The product description states that it's a pack of 4, which is a lie. You only receive 1 and then have to call customer service and they will eventually either send u a refund or a replacement. Which will still only be 1, so u will have to get several replacements or just say forget it and get a refund.

At 57 you'd think I'd be done w/ zits but nooooooo. When other women my age are using oils and lotions and creams trying to avoid wrinkles, I'm still trying to dry out the zits. A layer of persa-gel twice a day, morning and evening after washing w/ Clinique mild facial soap bar, is the ONLY thing that keeps my skin clear. They had better not discontinue this stuff..it's a life saver. I cannot be w/out it. It's strong but my skin tolerates BP very well so I have clear glowing skin when I use this. It does dry as white hazy stuff if you don't rub it in well so I always have to check my face in mirror in the car before getting out but it's a simple touch up to rub that away.

This worked wonders for my skin. I've been struggling with a lot of hormonal acne for two weeks now and it didn't seem like it was getting any better. When I received the benzoyl peroxide, I used it immediately on my skin. I've used benzoyl peroxide before, so I applied it three times throughout the day as instructed. The next day when I woke up, the majority of my acne that wouldn't go away on its own had finally disappeared. I still have a few pimples left over but will continue to use the spot treatment to get rid of them.Make sure to moisturize well before applying benzoyl peroxide as it will dry out your skin. The spot treatment doesn't make your skin paper dry, which is what I like about it. This spot treatment feels more like a cream than a gel, so it would be good to use after your moisturizer.

I've used this product for as long as I can remember, probably going back to my teens. I personally find Benzoyl Peroxide isn't as effective as Salicylic Acid on pimples, but I like that this is a pretty transparent cream (you just have to put on a thin layer and make sure you rub it into the skin). I also use Clean & Clear Advantage Acne Spot Treatment, but even though that's a clear gel, I find that it dries shiny. This product, Clean & Clear Persa-Gel 10 Acne Medication Spot Treatment, dries matte. Also, Benzoyl Peroxide is good at preventing blackheads so I concentrate it on areas like my nose and the sides of my nose. Just be careful on using too much of this as it can pill.

I use Clean & Clear’s Persa-Gel 10 to prevent and treat occasional acne, finding it to be the most effective of these topical treatments that I’ve used. A little goes a long way and keeps my skin smooth. One caution, however: it will bleach the dyes in some fabrics, so check the material of pillowcases and sheets if you plan to apply it before bed since, even dried, it can damage the fabric.
