I travel a lot for work so my likelihood of getting sick is always high. I keep this on deck because the amount of times I’ve come home feeling like I’m about to get sick, doctors should study. I always use this when I start to get that post nasal feeling, and while you will still get sick, it definitely lightens the severity and helps you get over it more quickly. I had a cold that only lasted 3 days thanks to zicam. I’ve tried the meltable tablets and the nasal spray, and I’d say the nasal spray is much more effective and works more quickly. If your sinuses are inflamed, prepare yourself for the burn I think due to the menthol. It’s really not pleasant but I’m telling you it’s worth it.

This is a great product to have on hand in your medicine cabinet. The key to making this work and shortening the duration of a code is that you have to use it at the onset of the symptoms if you wait a day or two too long, it doesn’t work quite as effectively. This is my go to every time I feel the symptoms of a cold coming on and it works great every time.
