Hi, curious if you ever bought this and if you found the right mounting Kit? I have a 2019 Kymco Like 150i. Thanks for any help if you happen to know. Would love a link to the correct mounting kit.

Does the mounting rack fit a 2012 Piaggio typhone 125 scooter

Not sure. The SH-29 mounting hardware is made for a small thin rack similar to bicycle rack. I went to the hardware store and made my own bracket.

Says includes universal mounting plate but shad is telling me i need another universal mounting plate , what gives?

It includes a baseplate that requires a bike-specific top mount or a flat surfaced rack to work. If you don't have this bike-specific top mount or flat surfaced rack (drilling may be required), you'd need to purchase it separately.
