Whats the difference between the sectional and the full estucheon

The full estucheon is a plate in which the handle mechanism is attached versus a small plate of which the upper and lower handle is attached to (somewhat like a base).

Does anyone know if there's a standard for the size and placement of the holes for this type of handle? Already have a similar Baldwin.

The hole spread is standard. All new doors have the same standerized hole pattern. HOWEVER, older doors, re purposed doors, salvaged doors may have holes bored according to the lock used at that time. Holes are 2 1/8” and spread should be 5 1/2” between holes. This particular door lock also needs a single screw hole drilled under the latch to secure the inside handle, The lock has a very adjustable system to allow for 1” mouvement up and down and side to side for this screw, so if your door is already drilled, this may allow you to use the same existing door hole. Lock comes with an excellent paper patern.

Is the interior handles able to switch left to right

It must be because ours is on the right hand side. (The opposite as the picture)
