Great for a vegan, ketogenic diet
I'm eating a low carbohydrate, ketogenic diet but I don't like meat. This is a great product for a vegan ketogenic diet. Almost no carbohydrate and high in protein. My favorite recipe is a smoothie made with one package of tofu combined with the grated peel of one lemon, 1/2 lemon of juice, and some monk fruit sweetener.

Wonderful for creamy vegan sauces, mayo, or dressings.
Add a little apple cider vinegar, 1/2 a lemon, salt, granulated garlic and onion — and blend. Add a handful of cashews for more creaminess, if using high-powered blender. Add nutritional yeast, and a touch of liquid smoke, if cheesy flavor desired. Other spices or herbs as desired. Delicious, and easy!

Smooth and creamy. Tofu picks up other flavors so there's really nothing to rate there. I bought this on sale so it was a good price.

My favorite for smoothies
I’ve been adding this to smoothies for years. It has a good amount of protein and very little fat. I also like the taste.

The packaging was tainted with some type of chemical.
This arrived last night and it smelled of insecticide. The outer box was evidently saturated with some kind of chemical. We removed it from the outer box, then the manufacturers box and plastic wrap. It smelled so bad I put the individual boxes out in the garage to air out. You can not touch this stuff without getting this smell all over your hands. We can't eat this stuff. I buy this all the time and it has never arrived in this condition. It is not eligible for return.

Great product and easy to store
The tofu is in a great size for our 2-person family. And storage is easy as it doesn't have to be refrigerated ahead of using it. Tastes great too!
