Q: will this paper bleed?

It's fine with micron but sharpie ultra fine point will bleed.

Q: Is this paper good for origami? For example, if you fold it does it keep a crisp fold or does it start to break apart on the fold because of thickness

Hi, I just folded some to check for you. Yes its like regular paper in that you can create a tight fold, unlike a rag paper that will start to come apart if folded. It's slightly thicker than cheap photo copy paper. Origami paper is very thin I would say thiner then photo copy paper with a smooth silky finish and pretty colors. Yes, I think this will work for origami. Have fun!

Q: Can I use light watercolor washes or ink markers well on these?

I do- mostly marker but if you do not saturate the paper it should be fine

Q: What kind of pen or pencil are you using on the black paper? Gel pens??

You can use high quality gel pens like sakura's gelly or souffle line. I wouldn't recommend the cheaper gels like Fiskers on black because they are not completely opaque and will not be as vivid.Also there are paint pens from Pentel and Sharpie but the paint takes time to dry. Derwent's new Graphic line is great but expensive ($60 for 20 pens). It has lots of bright colors, white and a metallic silver.
