Simplistic & Perfect
The media could not be loaded. Flagpole set came earlier than expected, & it was exactly as described.Incredibly simple to assemble & mount - and after 3 windy days here in North Florida, not one single Flag Tangle.I honestly couldn't ask for anything more.

Phenomenal Product and Company!
Sturdy, well made product! It withstood Northeast blizzard conditions and 60 mph winds! I also broke the clips on one trying to get my flag on the pole. I fully intended to buy new clips and contacted the company to see if I could. They sent me an entirely new pole set free of charge and it was my fault the clips broke! So impressed. Worth every cent!

Missing bracket
I have ordered two of these flag poles which are supposed to include the bracket. Both orders did not have the bracket. I have already purchased one bracket. Can I please receive the bracket that was supposed to be with the set?

It’s a sturdy pole, not tangle free
I have a heavy American flag and the pole is sturdy in the wind.It gets tangled occasionally on the set screws.

Disappointed with plastic broken clips
This has only been in place for a couple of months and the clips which hold the flag have broken. I actually thought they were metal but turns out they are plastic! I wouldn’t buy this.

Does tangle, even though says doesn't... not amused
good bracket and pole, SOOOO frustrating tangles around pole all the time even though stats it wont.constantly up ladder righting it
