Really pleased with this knife, good grip, sharper than chit, good flex, and the extra long blade is awesome. Be careful it is sharp, and holds that sharpness for a good while.

Excellent QUALITY !
Wusthof makes excellent knives. They are pricey but worth every penny. I use mine to filet my fish, it’s amazing. Now make sure you keep it sharp with a sharpening stone, and keep it dry.
