Great binding, paper, size, durability and flexibility for a very reasonable price.
Fantastic little note books that fit almost anywhere. They are not too thick so I can use two or three simultaneously for different things. The binding is outstanding and the quality of the paper is wonderful. My fountain pens do not bleed through to the other side at all. You can see that there is writing on the other side, if possible it would be best to use one side only with wet ink pens. Fantastic value for outstanding note books.

True A6 Size
These notebooks are very similar to full size midori except these are a true A6 size, 4.1 inches by 5.8 inches, therefore they are smaller. In centimeters they are 10.5 by 14.8 cm. The midori notebooks hold 32 sheets totaling 64 pages and these Muji notebooks have 30 sheets for 60 pages. The backs are curved. not flat and they are stitched with white string. They open like a midori notebook and have excellent paper similar in color to a midori (what I call a very light cream. or buff). These will fit a leather fauxdori you would find on Etsy for an A6 size. They are great to write on. They are also the same size as a Hobonichi traditional. The price is the best out there, given the quality and stitching.

Extra-Narrow Ruled, pocket sized
I love these. They are like Field Notebooks, but 6mm ruled (RU/JP standards) instead of 6.4mm or 7.1mm.Also, the page size is slightly larger, matching the size of a passport booklet. Still pocket sized. The extra writing space from these two changes is exactly what I need. The binding is a stitched, single signature, with cloth spine over brown card cover. Compare to three staple and no spine reinforcement on Field Notes. These are clamped/pressed more flat, unlike the bow-out of field notes. That means they stack better in a drawer, and catch things less when sliding them into a pocket. Minor details that matter when you're being picky. Also, the price is reasonable. The five-pack of these was lower cost than the Field Note by 12%, and I don't have to deal with a neon-pink and neon-lime to get the best price.Overall, I'm very pleased with these. They are my new favorite notebook. Now, if only I could get these in 5mm lined, I would be in heaven. (Most 5mm are graph or dot.)
