Unisex Ironman Classic 30 34mm Watch

I always buy this kind of watch, and so does my adult daughter. It has a timer, 3 alarm settings, push button light, easy to set, and other features that I don't use, like, track timers, Occasion settings, Beeps & Chimes, On or Off. I use it for timing my Laundry, taking pills, timing things in the kitchen. I just can't live without it! My daughter used it for timing on her Breast Feeding Schedule, so no matter what room she was in, or what she was doing, she would always hear that alarm!

I bought this watch to replace a similar model because the band broke. I see this is a recurrent problem in many other reviews. However, I liked the watch enough to buy it again anyway. I found the new model easy to set, being fairly intuitive. So far it keeps perfect time. I use this watch mainly as a travel watch, and loved the dual time zone function. I am pleased that the newer model now has the ability to set 3 times zones instead of 2, which is an added bonus. The only con I see at this point is the flimsy strap. Unfortunately, the strap on this model is even thinner than on the previous one, and I wonder how long it will last. Also I wonder about the battery length. I think these watches may have been sitting around a long time. The setting showed 2012. I am afraid much of the battery life of the original battery may have already been used up and the battery may need replacing early. Only time will tell. The watch fits my small wrist fine and it is a little more attractive than the old model. I give it 4 stars instead of 5 only because of the band problem.

This is a sleek, light wristwatch that will not weigh you down with its bulk. Forget the gigantic profile of a "survivalist" wristwatch. This unisex model is svelte and slim, not adding much to the wake you generate while swimming, or the swing of your arms while running, or the wind as it passes around your wrists and hands while you are speeding by on your racing bike. This is only 34mm across, by 35mm tall, by 11.5mm thick. The wristband is 13mm at its median working width. Timex styling cannot be beat, and neither is the resin-rubber-like material. I don't know about you, but the price is something I take a good look at. I want a watch that is reasonably priced and high-quality. I don't want to spend $200 to $1000 on a watch and worrying about being careful with it. If it gets smashed, it's only $30 to $50, not a big loss, and the quality is way better than what they were making in the 1980's. These watches are made for athletics and the real world.

This review is for the 34mm version. I bought it for my 6 year old for beach camp. He’s worn it daily for 3 weeks so far. He has crashed it through all manner of activity from trampolines, to water slides, grinding it through the sand, swimming in the pool, etc and it still works perfectly. He loved his SpiderMan watch, but he hated having to take it off for water activities. So far so good with the Times Ironman. He loves the Indiglo! I’ll report back if anything changes. 7/29/26 Update - After 13 months of daily wear and tear, water got into the watch today. I don’t know if it was while he was boogie boarding or swimming in the pool, but the watch continues to work so far…including the Indiglo! Guess we’ll just see how long until it dies!

Great watch and easy to use. I really enjoy how I can check the time in the middle of the night with the "indiglo" light and not disturb anyone else.

The watch is perfect for everything I need in a watch and more, but I am struggling with setting all of the functions. The watch is not only a great tool for active people of all ages, it is also perfect for those of us over 60 in sports and in everyday life.There are no printed instructions, however, with my new watch. I can find them on the Internet, and there are numerous YouTube demonstrations. I for one have difficulty using a computer, so that almost all of the convenient functions of the watches are lost to me. (I have mastered the Timer!) This wonderful multi-function watch could be an enormously valuable tool for people of all ages, but it is useless if one cannot set it and use it properly. I am not giving up; the next job is to find someone who can do it for me, or to acquire a from Timex a clear and complete paper copy of the instructions for setting and using each function accurately. I could name at least a dozen ways someone my age could benefit from this potentially amazing lifestyle enhancement for all ages. Wake up everybody, the "baby boomers" are now in our senior years, and we are "a force to be reckoned with, even those of us who scratch our white-haired heads when faced with computer tasks.

レディースモデルのようですがシンプル且つ小さく軽く見易く丈夫で走る際は長年愛用しており3台目です。 難点はソーラー電池ではないので3年程で電池切れになること、時計店で電池交換してもパッキンが劣化しているのか何時も数日で表示されなくなります。 同モデルは既に生産されていないようでソーラー電池版の復刻を望むところです。

This was a replacement for my previous Timex watch which lasted 17 years. Some people may find the buttons confusing, but it works really well for me. I like to use it as an everyday watch as well, because it includes the day, date and time. The light is very useful. It's very comfortable and I've had no reaction to the plastic strap, which can sometimes be a problem for me. It's not comfortable enough, for me, to wear whilst sleeping.
