I bought these scales about 5 months ago during my weight loss program I'll scroll around. I really like how it will Bluetooth to your phone. It is very informative such as bima, water intake,It is very informative such as bmi, water intake, bone mass, all the way down to your body age. I would buy it again if needed.

Definitely on a smaller scale (pun intended)! It works great and the app is super easy to use. The mobile app is great but it is hard to click days to compare past weights. Not a super easy thing for me to figure out. But I love the information it gives and has been super accurate. Because the scale is small the number isn't terribly big, but I use the app so it's not a big deal. Over all I would recommend just be aware its not wide.

I'm diabetic and overweight and it's easy for me to go on a diet but then a couple weeks in will have a high carb food binge without weighing myself and end up gaining a lot of weight that I previously lost. I bought this scale since someone mentioned it's accuracy to their doctors scale. I weigh myself everyday, and when I see that I am starting to gain I adjust my food intake/increase excersise time/intensity helping me to stay on track and accountable. I'm on a low carb diet and go to the gym and this scale is a handy tool for my needs. The app is awesome as it keeps track of your previous weight measurements. I recommend getting on the scale at least 3-4 times for an accurate number, the first measurement is usually higher.

The scale works good, only down side I have is that all of the Info from the scale does not always download to the app.
