A family member not living with me came down with the flu, and this contains many of the vitamins, minerals, and components to help someone boost their natural immune system to do what it does naturally to help recover from the systemic attack of the foreign body. This product contains lots of ingredients which I normally use for cold/flu season. I like that a dose of this eliminates my need for so many other capsules, tablets, etc. This has a "9-in-1" immune defense formula which is perfect for boosting your body's ability to fight off runny noses, scratchy throats, colds, flu and other viruses. I do not normally use the mushroooms listed in the ingredients, but I am familiar with everything else. You will want to read this label carefully to make sure there is nothing that you can't take. This is something I will start using the minute I feel a little off or run down. I use other supplements daily for overall immune stability, but I like the powerful combo in this.

I have been taking Elderberry for the last couple of years along with Vitamin C and other immune building supplements. What I like about this, is that it combines all into one easy to take capsule. The only knock I would have on this product is that you get 90 capsules, but need to take 3 per day, giving you just a 30 day supply for the price. But then again, the stuff works, so I guess the value is there. And it's made in the USA, which I love. I would absolutely recommend this supplement for anyone looking for an effective immune boosting supplement for the up coming cold and flu season.

This product contains lots of ingredients. It has the standard immune elements of vit. C, zinc, and elderberry, and organics like various leaves like echinacea. This product has some unusual mushroom elements, too. The three pills a day seems a bit much but the bottle contains a month's supply. I like it.

Echinacea is my 1st go to when I feel a cold coming on. Great ingredients just wish the capsules didn’t contain gelatin. Made in USA.
