I saw this item and it was very cheap. I was looking for a ball initially, because I have Arthritis and fibromalyga and wanted to do stretch exercises,but came across this, so I bought it, but then I looked at the reviews and seen mostly bad ones, so I cancelled it and read more reviews and some were good and the price was cheap, so I thought if it didn't work then I would only lose a small amount of money, so I bought it again. It came back and was pleasantly surprised, it was quite thick plastic, but the pump that was with it was useless to pump it up, but my husband used his electric car pump to pump it up, you need to pump white bubble bit on top first and then the middle, but you will need an electric pump though. I have to say it's great and does the job for me low impact exercises and ther are handles on a rope that you can clip on hooks that are all around in different spots to it. You have a sheet in it with suggested exercises to do, but you need to get used to balancing on it while doing exercises and your ready to go. Reviews I saw said they couldn't blow it up and when they tried to send it back it cost more than double what they paid for it, so to them it was a complete waste of money, but if they tried to use the enclosed pump then I found it no good, so if you intend buying this then you need an electric pump, which you can pick up quite cheap and like I said my husband had no problem at all pumping this item up, for me this is a great item and is exactly what I wanted. Job done

Great exercise implement to aid getting fit.

I saw this advertised on the television it looked a wonderful idea. It probably is if it would work. A previous reviewer said that you spent more effort in trying to inflate the item then you would exercising on it and I agree 1000% I followed the instructions exactly inflate the clear section 1st using the thin nozzle on the supplied foot pump. The thin nozzle was entered into the thin valve on the clear plastic area and after 30 minutes of pumping with a foot pump not 1 mm of inflation had appeared! Having decided that either the curve itself or the foot pump was faulty I then had the ordeal of trying to get the item the instructions and the foot pump back into the box it arrived in which is half the size it should be to contain that item. I think that is where the problem lies the item has been compressed so much to get it into the box that it won’t inflate.That is only half of the issue despite having purchased it on Amazon because it’s a marketplace dealer I have to deal with them to get it returned I have spent two days following their instructions again going to their website and clicking on how do I return an item and clicking on the Hermes link in order for the item to be collected the link doesn’t work. I have wasted more time and I’m prepared to do so please think very seriously before you try this.

It's quite a decent quality item. supplied with a foot pump too. And it does support your weight, and you can do a series of exercises, especially useful with the elastic add ons. But it's a real large unwieldy and frankly rather dumb item, I forget why I wanted it, but after falling off it twice, I realised that a chair would be ok for what I needed! ymmv of course.

This is probably the best thing for keeping fit I have ever bought it makes doing exercises a lot easier to do sit ups no strain on your back like doing it from the floor I find it a lot easier to do than using a medicine ball it was to hard falling of it all the time doing your back in this is so much easier plus the you can do so much more would highly recommend it for keeping fit

Nor really sure about this as I have the fit cube, but decide to try. Very bulky and at first couldn't figure out where the air goes in. The larger hole is to big and once the cap is off it deflates quickly. Does come with instructions and exercises to do. I would buy again.

Useful piece of exercise equipment Only thing I will say is use it on a non slip surface as 2nd time used I did it on laminate floor and flew across the floor banging my head and yes u may laugh as I did

This makes ab workouts so easy on my bad. Having degenerative discs, I need something that supports my body. Wonderful for stretching and decompression as well!

This inflatable workout system has deflated after only 2 months, I would like a refund!!!!!! After paying $111.00 for only 2 months use is far from satisfactory. I would like amazon to contact me to discuss.
