I enjoyed this on par with other kopi varieties I’ve tried. The only drawback is a strange aftertaste with each sip. It’s not offensive but does have some sour notes to it and it does linger. I don’t think I’ll buy it again but don’t regret the purchase outright.

This coffee is pricey, but the novelty of drinking cat turd coffee was pretty fun. I'm glad I tried it. Very mellow in flavor with no trace of turdiness. It's just a decent cup of coffee, better than canned grocery store varieties, but not as flavorful as some of the better bagged coffees.

I thought this would taste a lot different than my normal coffee, but it really doesn't. It tastes about the same as all my other coffees. Not worth the difference in cost, that's for sure.

I've heard about this kind of coffee and have been curious to try it. Bought the whole bean so the grind would be fresh. It is surprisingly tasty. There are other brands out there with a higher price so I don't know if it means it might be better flavor but this brand was not a disappointment. Not bitter, nice mild flavor and good aroma from fresh ground bean to the brewed coffee. Highly recommend this!

Weak

I'm not going to lie, I was very skeptical of this product. But having tried it now, I am definitely a believer. I've tried brewing it a few different ways. I bought a French Press for one way. Read all the instructions online on best ways to use it specifically for Kopi Luwak. It always came up tasting weak. I tried the way its mentioned on the back of the bag. Definitely better, but still not quite as strong as I am used to. I used my Ninja Bar and set it to 4oz Concentrated. Beautiful. The flavor is not a punch in your face like so many coffees I have tried. It has a gentle rich flavor. There is no bitter after taste. Ever. Usually as I am getting down to the last of my cup I dread the last few sips that are particularly very bitter, especially when cooling off. No experience at all with this. I have acid reflux as well, and this doesn't seem to irritate it at all. The only thing I did notice that I don't like is that there is noticably less caffeine in the beans. This is mentioned many places online. I say this because typically a strong cup in the morning will last me all day, or close to all day. I definitely need another after 6 hours. Though that could just be my desire to enjoy another cup. Color me surprised that all the fuss was true. I was even able to get my friend that usually dumps tons of creamer and sugar into his coffee to enjoy a cup black. I am a fan!
