So good to practice tying shoes with your little one. This is how I am teaching my Daughter to tie her own shoes! I highly Recommend for all parents, pre school teachers, kindergarten teachers, and daycare provider's. Help your child discover how to tie their shoes and not be like so many kids these days who just go with the laces that you don’t have to tie because it’s simply easier. It’s just lazy because tying your laces isn’t that hard once you get the hang of it. When you incorporate the song for learning it helps a ton with the child Learning.

My son has been struggling to tie his shoes, he had this wooden shoe and within 15 mins he figured it out. There’s instructions on the bottom of the shoe and a card that you can sit next to you to look at the pics and follow. Super awesome.

Great for classroom!

I love this! It helped my special needs son learn how to tie his shoes. I just have suggestions to make it more user friendly… Make it more rounded like a real shoe so the string can be handled easier and make the shoe shorter so that it’s not too tall and you have just enough shoe string to handle. We have used it with no string through the top set of holes so that he is comfortable with the amount of string but it’s hard with the shoe being so tall and then the part where the top holes are located are just in the way…

We bought this for my 97 year old mom who has advanced dementia. She loved to tied knots in her own shoes, but now has a new shoe to tie knots. We refer to mom as our 97 year old toddler. Perfect Toy !!!

Love this shoe. Great for child to learn how to tie show. Instructions shows different ways how to tie a shoe, making it easier as every child learn differently. The show itself sturdy. Would recommend.

Très beau matériel , parfait pour l'apprentissage du laçage mais aussi permet de passer dans les oeillets( mes élèves de CP savent désormais tous faire leurs lacets :) ). Taille idéale , couleurs vives, et classe avec sa forme de Converse! J'en ai acheté 2, ce qui me permet de montrer par étapes aux élèves pendant qu'ils s'exercent.

Ha sido una compra muy acertada. En nuestro caso tenemos una nena de 3 años muy interesada en el mundo de los nudos, se pasa largos ratos con los cordones primero poniéndolos y luego probando nudos. Ya casi lo tiene dominado. El tamaño del zapato es como uno de una talla 26, quizás un poco más grande. Nuestra nena se lo ha llegado a atar mientras tenía el piececito dentro, ella tiene un 25, y le quedaba el pie encajonado. De todas formas es un zapato de madera que sirve para aprender a atar zapatillas, no para meter los pies. El tamaño es bueno para manejarlo y la verdad pesa un poco, lo que le da estabilidad.

A very well made Boot with no rough edges and virtually indestructible. The substantial base is plain ply wood, varnished inside and out. The thick middle sides of the shoe are pillar box Red inside and out, with White eyelets painted around the outside of each hole. There are 5 pairs of holes. The solid ankle section is plain White inside and out. The solid toe is plain White all over. The lace is a good quality weave, pillar box Red and White with 1 1/4" 2.5cm plastic binding to each end. It's rather long 67" 1m 69.5cm. This length is needed for the size of shoe, however I keep it out of reach when I'm not actually with my little one using it. All measurements are approx:- Sole/Base Length just under 8 1/2" 21cm Width at widest point 3 3/4" 9cm Width at narrowest point 2 1/2" just under 6cm Depth 1/2" 1.5cm Highest point Ankle 12.5cm just under 5 1/4" Shortest point Toe 1 3/4" just over 4cm Hole diameter just under 1/2" just over 1cm My little one enjoys just threading the lace through any way. As the holes are large, it's very easy to push the lace through. When a little older we will use this to help learn tie a lace. It's heavy enough to remain in one place pretty well when in use too. This is also enjoyed shuffling around worn on a foot, though uncomfortable! This will undoubtedly last years and would be ideal for a special education/classroom environment. We are very pleased we bought this lovely shoe.
