Good bottle, it does not change the taste of the water.

This water jug is no different from the water jug deposit you pay at WalMart for $10. I purchased it thinking that it would be vastly superior to the WalMart container, given the price tag. Unfortunately it wasn't; therefore, I returned it without using it for a single time.

Per Amazon description states: "A 48-millimeter standard crown cap is included with the reusable water bottle that is leak proof." We purchased 2 bottles, neither had a cap.

This is one of those beautifully boring products that does exactly what it’s supposed to do, no more, no less. It holds water, fits properly on the dispenser, and dispenses it at the reliable speed of gravity and human thirst. I keep two of these in rotation on my dispenser, and they’ve been consistently solid. The plastic feels sturdy, and I’ve had zero issues with leaks or cracking. Quality is exactly what you want for something that’s going to be lifted, flipped, and used constantly. Not flashy. Not exciting. Just dependable and well-made, and honestly, that’s perfect.

I bought the polycarbonate bottle. I love it. Buying more now.
