Great chair, but it's ripped.
This chair was torn right out of the box. It's a nice leather chair for sure, but $400 for a ripped chair is a little annoying.

This chair is built for average persons or larger. Average_ 5'9"
Well-built chair , heavy good quality. Arm rests are not adjustable, seem to be a little high. The lean back has only two settings, forward and back, no in-between.

I needed a tall back chair. This is so good for all-back support.
All the product reviews made me excited to get this chair. I am female & 5ft 5in and the lumbar support is very good. I used a Non-Slip Half Cylinder Footstool Footrest Under the Desk. The neck pillow is actually right where my head leans back, when I lay my head back. The soft arms might be a little high, but it's just because I'm not tall. The are still comfortable. I really love the chocolate color. LaZBoy is the best!We love our LaZBoy Recliner we've had 20+ years and just got a used LaZBoy Duo recliner. I was hopeful this office chair was the quality of the rest and it is!

High quality, comfortable chair
The chair looks and feels great. Dealing with cheaper chairs in the past, this one was a huge upgrade. The back support is on point. Highly recommended.To save a few headaches, read the instructions beforehand and pay attention to screws that need to be fully tightened and ones to be left loose. You'll have issues fitting the armrest if the back is fastened down before securing the armrest.

Caused me horrible neck pain!
First the back is not as tall as they claim. I have so much trouble finding a chair with a high enough back... what is wrong with this industry, do they hate us tall folks? Second the seat doesn't rock back very far, very little in fact. For the price this is disappointing.It looks good and is pretty comfortable, beside the above issues.Update:I have been experiencing horrible neck pain ever since I got this chair. I didn't realize it was the chair until today. I just spent two weeks away from it. My neck pain which has been horrible since about the time I got this chair was much improved while I was gone. Now after being home about three hours my neck is killing me again. So much for "Ergonomics" I am extremely pissed I paid almost $400 for this CHAIR AND IT HAS CAUSED ME CONSIDERABLE PAIN FOR THE LAST 6 MONTHS!@!!
