Q: Can the cubes be put together separately? Ex.....3 on one side of the room and 6 on the other side of the room.

Actually you can't separate it because you will miss one panel. I know it because I bought the 6 cubes one for my closet and I wanted 4 in one shelf and 2 in another. I had to use one door to create the top of one cube.

Q: Can this be put on a wall like a shelf?

It itself is a storage cabinet, which can be fixed against the wall.

Q: Does this comes all 30 cubes cover or half them I need all 30 cover
