Hot Wheels RC Car, Remote-Control Rodger Dodger in 1:64 Scale, Race On and Off Track, Includes Track Adapter​​

This is a small dynamic fun radio controlled long battery lasting radio controlled car that has the ability to do multiple spins, drive straight, go backwards and turn; and the radio control can vary the speed unlike many other larger RC vehicles in this price range. It captures my 1 1/2 year old grandson’s attention - seems well made and can take the shock of some hard usage- appears to be a very underrated RC vehicle that can be used on hard floors with or without track, and may appeal to many adults. Only wish it came in different classic models.

Got this to play with my cats and they do enjoy it. Not sure if it's my floor or what but this little car sure does like to fish tail quite a bit. I don't think the small RC cars I had as a kid did as much as this but this one does easily recharge and doesn't seem to chew threw batteries like those old ones did.Initial setup was a bit confusing but really once you do it 2 or 3 times you realize the instructions over complicate things. There's probably a youtube video that does a better job honestly.

It is so much more than worth the $20. It is a straight up full function hotwheels RC car. It can go slow and have good proportional acceleration. I’m just getting good with it on the hardwood and can race a little drift it. The learning curve is high enough that I can tell once that it will just get better as I get good with it. And on a track it’s definitely more than fats enough for do four loops in a row. I bought 4 within a couple days. I plan on getting more. They are too much fun.

Brought 3 of them for my kids for Christmas and they loved them. My kid just started getting into hot wheels so I bought a bunch tracks. But his track building skill are sub par. The logic of where he runs the tracks make no sense. But with this car it doesn't have to! Physics be darn! My only complaint is that it makes it too easy for them. Back in my day....

impressive little RC car - size of regular hotwheels and fully functional. Very fast and seems sturdy. Battery lasts long enough and charges quickly. Remote is nice (analogue sticks are great). Not easy to steer. Amazing to use with various hotwheels tracks for stunts etc

I purchased 2 of these Hot Wheels RC cars for my sons 5th bday. I ordered early and they arrived quickly. Ruffly 4 weeks later he opened them up, we put batteries in the controllers, and we charged both cars as per the included instructions. We couldn't wait to get to racing on our awesome track setup.To my surprise, after 20 minutes of charging - neither worked. The instructions are simple, and we even watched a few how-to videos. The cars will pair with the remote(s), but neither Hot Wheels RC car will move at all. Both arrived broken. I'm now exactly 3 days beyond the return window and it seems I'm likely stuck with a low grade/inferior Chinese product.Sorry to say, I can not recommend this Hot Wheels RC car. They look like fun, and wow was my little guy excited to have received them as a gift. But in this case, I paid for my child to be let down. And that's not the experience I wanted him to have.BUYER BE WARE: Test them before gifting them. The quality control of this product is non-existent.

So cool.. Tons of fun. Works on the non motorised tracks too. Steering is controlled by real wheels, so it's touchy. Best mass produced 1:64 so far :)I gave durability a 4 because in the hands of a 5 year old kid, I doubt it will last compared to the metal hot wheels.

Out of the box this remote control didn't work well. If you jiggle the control just right, it does get power from the batteries. But I can only get the controller to work for a minute or two before it loses power. I'm going to reach out to the seller, hoping they can replace the controller. If they do, I'll update my review. Side note, I purchased the "Hot Wheels RC 1:64 Scale Rechargeable Radio-Controlled Racing Cars For On- Or Off-Track Play" a day later and that has been working perfectly. Both were from HotWheels, so I'm guessing it's just a quality control issue.
