I began to notice a better overall feeling 3 to 4 days into taking these greens. And after a couple weeks, I had to cut back because I couldn't sleep. No kidding. I started out taking two capsules in the morning everday for two weeks. I also take other supplements, but they didn't give me that overall well being feeling like these capsules. Great product.

I've been using this capsule for a long time for myself and my family. It's helpful and reliable, is not gross tasting or smelling, and has no bitter aftertaste. We do eat green food, but this is a good and easy way to get more greens into our diet. I hope they get it back in stock soon!

a years plus worth if you only take 1 a day, over 6mths worth if take 2. well worth the $36 i paid!huge bottle that was well packaged & sealed and there was no nasty odor.Also very happy that the expiration date of bottle i received is well pass the 400 days it would take to consume these at one a day. it was manufactured in jan of this year, so it was not an old bottle sitting around for months like other supplements i have bought.i bought these mainly for its anti-inflammatory benefits and b vitamins to help keep my rosacea at bay but, will also be using them for hubby who refuses to eat green veggies or take pills, the easy to open capsules on these will make it easy to sneak them into hubby's food :)

Wow is this ever a great big bottle of superfood. I was pleasantly surprised because for the price this is great! I used to take spirulina years ago and I know it helped me lose weight and when I found this product I decided it was time to add this to my regular supplement regime. I already can tell my vitality is coming back. I also take other products from Dr. Valerie Nelson; Candida Cleanse and her EMF Neutralizer have recently been added too. She definitely has a good product, and truly I do recommend her products to everyone. Oh ya, and the Sleep product is fabulous. My cousin was recently at my house and she had I gave her one about 3 hours before bedtime and she ended up ordering 2 bottles, yes it's that's good.

My Superfood Greens came in a green bottle instead of a blue bottle.There is no expiration date. I have checked the bottle and label 100% all over and there is no expiration date shown.It is questionable as to what product I actually received by Dr. Valerie Nelson.

I bought this Spirulina supplement because I have purchased from Dr Valerie Nelson in the past and have been happy with her other products. This one is no different. First, I really love the huge format, excellent value for the price and will last me months. Also, it is a high quality product as are all other supplements from this brand. Plus it is hard to ignore the benefits from this incredible algae: good for inflammation, helps support the immune system, gives you energy with all its nutrients and B vitamins, helpful for thyroid conditions etc... I am once again happy with my purchase and will be back for more.

I take two a day. Not sure if they are doing anything for me or not, but I am going to finish the bottle and go from there.

Just received my 2nd order. The combination of spirulina and alfalfa leaf seems to be a good idea. I plan on upping my daily intake from 2-3 capsules to 4-5.
