The packaging of this pillow had a huge hole in the box. This was a gift for a friend and I was very disappointed to see that I had to gift her something that looks of such low quality.

Can be machine wash 。No odor 。The size is smaller than my home pillowcase。But it does not affect the use 。I still like this pillow ，because it fits my neck perfectly。
