Finally...
Finally, I found a pasta product that looks like the real thing, tastes good, has good texture and is more nutritious than the other stuff out there! I liked how easy it was to prepare. I liked that I could control the density of the noodle by adjusting the cooking time. Just like real pasta! I cook for myself so I thought preparing a whole bag at one time may be a bit much. So I tried just cooking about 1/3 cup of the dried noodles in an adequate amount of water and cooked for 10 minutes. I was surprised that the noodles puffed up so much as to give me what seemed like a huge amount of pasta! I poured some homemade sauce over the pasta and added shredded cheese. It made a great meal! It was a bit chewier than regular pasta but not much. Next time I will cook it a bit longer. There were no unusual flavors in the pasta either - no bitterness or earthy flavors. Overall, this is a great product that I will buy again!

if you're looking for something thats just like pasta, this is not it.
i've tried all the pasta substitutes for keto and have been disappointed. i really miss pasta so i splurged and tried this product. i used a homemade delicious sauce but the noodles were mushy and didn't taste like pasta, more like mushy cardboard. the best i've found is a black bean based spaghetti noodle that is high protein and 8 net carbs per serving and is excellent with a lemon garlic butter sauce. it has a good texture and tastes good too even though it isn't exactly a pasta flavor; its good in its own right. Big Mans World has an awesome keto lasagne recipe that hits the spot for pasta cravings if your guilty pleasure is marinara pasta.

Tastes good, but too mushy
This product actually tastes good. And even though the serving size looks small, it cooks up to be a fair sized portion. My issue is that it literally goes from crunchy to mushy. There is no in between. The first batch I thought maybe I cooked it too long, so with the second I was testing noodles through the whole process. They never get to the texture of a regular noodle. Once mixed in with the meat it is not as noticable, and I will say they do fill you up.

Not Perfect, but Okay
This is the first high protein pasta I've tried, so don't have much to compare it to, other than whole wheat pasta, or bean pastas like lentil and garbanzo bean pasta. For the record, I don't like garbanzo, but do like lentil and whole wheat. This pasta is not as good as the ones I like, but not as bad as the one I don't. I cooked it for 8 minutes (the low end recommended on the package), and it was probably as close to al dente as it is possible for this pasta to get, not mushy, but not really chewy either. It had a slightly gritty texture. However, it wasn't gross so I decided to try it when fully prepared. I honestly didn't notice as much of a difference once I had dressed it (fire roasted diced tomatoes, chopped artichoke heart, white beans, garlic, seasonings, parmesan). The protein and fiber are probably worth the trade off for me. One other criticism, it foams like crazy when boiling, so watch it.

Very good
This pasta is quite good, and when I need a pasta fix, this is my go to. Truth, I have been eating gluten free, and “alternative” pastas since their inception, I have tried them all, and now eat only low carb pasta. For the low carb option, this pasta is my favorite. Just cannot turn to hearts of palm, or those noodle type foods suspended in liquid...my palate cannot tolerant them. I have not tried this product in casserole type dishes, I have only boiled and added to or topped a dish. Not sure how it would bake, i think it would get too soft. The texture is very good, but as with any pasta, wheat or alternative, be careful to not overcook, and air on the side of al dente.

Mushy
I experimented with cook time and no matter how little I cooked them, they turned to mush. The taste was fine but texture was awful. I’ll make my own with Lupin flour next time

Closest to pasta I’ve had!!!!
I will definitely be ordering this again. It had 0 funky flavoring or after taste. The texture is a bit off. More chewy and thick, but super close. It’s almost like over cooked pasta. I prefer this over any substitute I’ve had yet. The price seems a bit steep, but it’s cheaper than other brands I’ve compared to. Also I filled up quicker thanks to the protein. ❤️ I’m going to be adding a small stock of this to my cabinet for maybe a bi weekly pasta meal. 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

Finally a good pasta
So like many people on this site I’ve been trying various types of “keto” pasta, for at least the last 3 years. None of them have been great - I’ve never reordered any of them let’s put it that way. However this pasta cooked itself perfectly in about 7 minutes (I like my pasta a tiny bit mushy) and I used it in a buffalo chicken pasta bake. The noodles themselves didn’t seem to have any weird flavor or texture which was wonderful, and also didn’t make me terribly gassy or uncomfortable like some of the competitors. It isn’t a huge amount of pasta if you’re intending to meal prep with this stuff, but for a single dish to share it comes out great.
