It was NOT. I recommend the Shure WL185 lav mic.

what wireless band is this?

If you scroll down far enough into the spec section, you'll see that is says band G58. They seem to be the only ones available right now. The G58 band is 470-514 MHz.

Will this work with Bose L1 Compact?

Absolutely! We use them with our Bose L1 Compacts weekly.

This Shure SLXD1 body pack used with the Shure SLX-D digital receiver. The range and clarity of the system is impressive. No dead spots, and no fading out (no dead spots). The pricing puts it well in range for rock bands and churches. It just works.
