Nice skimmer/strainer
This isn't the first nor last Bayou Classics product I've bought. The stuff they make is good value for the money. And this item is no exception. It's well built, works well, is decently sized and is about as easy to clean as it gets.

If you deep fry in an open pan or walk, you need this
Perfect French fry scooper. Vastly superior to using regular slotted scoops. I am going to buy a couple more for gifts.

Arrived on time, as advertised, excellent quality
I was worried that the handle wouldn't be long enough for use at my work with professional sized fryers. Was perfect. The quality is exceptional. We use this item all say everyday, 7 days a week 12 hours a day and it looks as new as it did the first day I received it. My old one was simular but burnt through the wire netting after a few months. I have had this one 4 or 5 months and still looks perfect. The weight is light but strongly made, doesn't flex or bend under strain of stirring 32pcs of chicken. Cleans in a jiff.
