Instant Rice Crackers for Chinese Sizzling Rice Soup (10 Oz.)

I was able to make sizzling rice soup and it was delicious, just like I remembered from my favorite restaurant.

I order this product a lot, probably close to ten times, it is perfect for sizzling rice soup. Normally I expect a couple broken crackers per package but this time it’s like a bag of loose rice. Obviously Amazon’s fault. Wanted to request a replacement but it won’t let me on this item. Very disappointed. 5 stars for product itself but 0 stars on handling.

I used these to make sizzling rice soup and it worked great!

I ordered 6 packages of this but when I opened the box the rice cracker squares were all broken, shattered, and in crumbs in 4 of the packages. It is important that they remain in shape so i can put the rice crackers in hot oil to deep fry them but now Im unable to do so in its current condition. What a waste of money and it says that Im unable to return it.

Rice cakes were gummy and would not break apart or sizzle for that matter. Not good in the soup.

Great product when packaged correctly. Last batch arrived in an envelope mailer and was smashed considerably. I’ll try and find locally as the price has skyrocketed.

We have a restaurant that we used to go to when we lived in Michigan and we would always get their sizzling rice soup. Unfortunately that restaurant went out of business and we have been trying to replicate the soup ever since. These rice crackers taste EXACTLY like the restaurants. We've tried several other companies before we found this one and we will never use anyone else again! They taste AMAZING!
