Two years warranty XTRUCK 125032 USB Link Interface with All Adapters Wireless Connect Bluetooth version with all software

My old COM box failed after 10 years I was skeptical purchasing this one but after purchase, I plugged into chassis and it connected right up, was able to use drivers from previous COM box. So far it has worked perfectly.

Works great with caterpillar et. Have my own software, the supplied software won’t work without license. Must download driver disk 1 for nexiq to work. Used with windows 10.

The adapter works perfectly for my ISX15 and I've used it on other models as well with no problems, I would recommend this item, I will repost in a couple of months with reliability.

I can't speak for any trucks beyond Freightliner and the DiagnosticLink software that comes with this... But all this package is really capable of is reading faults, reading some basic truck parameters, and clearing faults. No functionality that actually updates the truck or runs a service routine works at all. So can't do a parked regen, ash accumulator update, change truck params, etc. Ended up buying a real NexIQ USB 2 (for $700) and the actual detroit software to get it all to work. This is just a $225 paperweight at this point.

Does the same thing as my $700 interface. All of the extra cables were a bonus. They normally cost about $100 apiece

I needed this for an International 3800 with a T444e and an Allison transmission. Now the International software I did not use. You can download Servicemax J1708 from Navistar for free. Legacy software.I did use the Allison DOC software provided and it is clumsy to install. While there is an effort found in pictures on the CD explaining how to install it. I would prefer a manual.....even if it would be 200 pages deep explaining how to install all the software. I only used one program off the CD and the Allison software does work ...yes it's outdated but works for older trucks for a farmer or someone of the likes.Stick with the Windows OS that is listed here. You will need a Windows 7 32 bit as mentioned. I tried on a 64 bit Win 7 and you will not be able to install the software.At the end of the day. The Datalink works, works with Servicemax and Allison 8.4. Just what I needed. Can't comment on the other software packs but if it's anything like Allison DOC. Follow picture instructions to the "T". Dropped 1 star for the poor execution to install the software. I'm sure that is majority of the problems others experienced for it "Not working"

Great unit. Took a chance on this as nexiq usb 2 are months away on back order. Works great with Cummins insite. I have my own software so can’t comment on the disks provided.

The softwares that comes with the package are not complete. The USB link connect and works. The cables to connect medium quality, I have original from others and are easy to plug the 6 and 9 pins. Windows 7 x 32 best option
