Easy fix
This fixed my oven and had it up and running for Thanksgiving

A quick, cheap, and easy fix!
My oven was definitely baking at a much higher temp and threw an error code, so when I googled it gave me a few options to resolve, one of which was to turn off the breaker to reset. That did not work so I ordered this $12 part in hopes that it was just the sensor. We watched a you tube video on how to install and in a matter of minutes my oven is working properly again. The oven is nearly 10 yrs old so we didn’t want to invest too much, and this was the perfect solution. Not sure how long it will last but if it buys us another year I’ll be happy.

Now just adjust temp in stove under options, good as new.

Seems to be of good quality
I ordered this one by mistake but for the price it seems to be a great deal. OEM replacement parts can be outrageously priced and using one of these less expensive sensor for diagnostic tests can be very helpful tool. If it works for your oven you may just leave it installed and it may last a nice long time. It appears to be of a quality build and seems likeit will do the job.

Fits Whirlpool GS470LEMB1
Pefect fit. Cleared my F2 error code. My model was not specifically listed but saw similar models to mine so I took a chance. Easy 10min fix. Update: product failed after 2 weeks of use

WARNING!!! Wider tip.
This part was not an exact fit for my oven. The tip of the sensor was wider than the original. It would not fit in the hole. Since the part was only $12 and I wanted to use my oven tonight I decided to experiment so I carefully shaved the tip down with a Dremel tool and got it to fit. I'm testing it now and it seems to be functioning properly but I would recommend looking at your old sensor and finding one that looks the same instead of just trusting that the product says it replaces your old sensor. MODIFYING SAFETY EQUIPMENT IS NOT RECOMMENDED!!!! Don't be like me, just buy the right part.
