Yes, they have threads to screw on like the original cap. They form a tight seal so no leaks.

Where are they manufactured?

No indication of where these are manufactured. Doesn’t matter to me, I won’t be ordering anymore. Too messy!

Does anyone know if these work with risewell kids toothpaste?

Personally, I think they would work with any toothpaste. The part that goes over the tube opening can stretch.

How is this for travel? Is the toothpaste was in a suitcase and was accidentally squished during travel, would toothpaste come out and make a mess?

If the tube were to be squeezed, yes it would push out the toothpaste. It would be best to put it in a plastic travel case that could withstand impact.
