Should this be washed off after shaving? Or do you just leave it on your skin? Is it bad for your skin at all?

I use Lectric Shave as a light aftershave lotion as well as a preShave lotion for the occasional times I do use my Electric Shaver. I like its light fragrance....it also has Green Tea extracts which means its antioxidant based and a benefit to the skin. I have been using it this way for years with no adverse effects.....and I do have what you could consider "Sensitive Skin" So SLAP SLAP AWAY and leave it on !!!

is this pre shave oil going to be effective for razor burn even if using a straight-edge or regular razor?

It is for use with electric shavers.

Is this formulated with the new wet dry electric shavers in mind?

Yes, it works just as good with both types of wet dry shavers. I have not been able to find a better Pre shave lotion. This stuff is the best I have ever seen or tried. And i have been shaving for 45 years with only this pre shave.
