The 5 packs on non-GMO heirloom seeds—Slow Bolt Cilantro, Roma VF tomato, Anaheim pepper, Jalapeño pepper, and Tokyo long white bunching onions—come in a resealable plastic packet and are all of the ingredients one needs to grown their own ingredients for making Salsa.I like that they come with instructions telling you how many days it takes for them to reach maturity, how deep to plant them, how far apart to place them, the days it takes to germinate them indoors, whether they grow best in the sun or shade and how you can tell when they are ready to harvest.You cannot begin grown them out side for a variety of days until after the last frost. For me, living in Colorado the last snow is usually after Mother’s Day (May 9, 2021), so I will have to plant them indoors backing up planting based on the number of weeks it takes them to germinate. That means that the earliest that I can begin planting any of these seeds is the first of March.I can hardly wait to get started. I will update this review once they germinate and will let you know how they taste once they are harvested.Enjoy!
