Affordable and it works with Retropie using Raspberry PI
The media could not be loaded. I got the Logitech F310 Gamepad for my Retropie configuration using a Raspberry PI 3. The gamepad itself is lightweight and the buttons feel good to the touch as if I was using an Xbox controller. The cord is approximately 6 feet long so I just wished it was a little longer so that I don't have to sit so close to a TV.I really like the "mode" button on the controller as by default all the classic arcade games use the D-pad, but with this button you can switch between the D-pad and Joystick by simply pushing a button. Something to keep in mind if you're using Retropie is that the gamepad won't work right out of the box, as you'll need to use a keyboard or other controller to set up the button mappings, but once you do that, it'll recognize it every time you plug it in.The gamepad feels okay in your hands, but I must admit that the trigger buttons are little too stiff, but for me that's not an issue as Retropie rarely use those buttons, but if you are going to be using the trigger buttons a lot, you may not find this gamepad confortable. If you're looking for an affordable option that can get the job done you will be very happy with this gamepad, I highly recommend it.

Great Budget Controller - Refurbished Caveats
It's not going to be as nice as something like an Xbox One controller but it's certainly not bad in fact I'd say it's excellent value for the price. This will fit the bill from emulation to Xbox controller compatible titles and more. I will say, however, that you may want to go for new over refurbished if the price gap is only a few dollars. My refurbished controller came in good cosmetic condition but the mode button wasn't working. I pulled it apart and found stray solder balls under the rubber contact pad and poorly soldered USB cable wiring. Everything else worked when I initially tested it so I was going to just turn a blind eye and put it back together. That went as well as you would expect: controller not being recognized in either mode, take it apart again. This time around I took a closer look and could see there were visible frays in a couple of the wires going to the board that were shorting. De-soldering, cleaning up the wire ends, and re-soldering did the trick but I spent half an hour of my time doing this with a product that's supposed to work out of the box which is not cool. Now that was just my unique situation and I wouldn't hesitate to order another if the price is right and I don't need it immediately. Obviously these controllers are returned with various defects so it's a grab bag how much work yours will have had done to it. I could tell mine had the analog sticks replaced and the board wiring redone from flux residue which would have been a tedious repair so I can understand it being less than perfect under their time constraints. Even if you end up with a bad unit, Amazon returns will solve everything and the seller I purchased from (i-Tech Mall) also offered a 90 day warranty/refund on the product.

Gets the job done
I got this controller because I wanted to play racing and flying games with the added precision and immersion that keyboard and mouse controls can't really provide. I was a bit worried that a well-made controller at this price point was too good to be true, but Logitech did not disappoint. Certainly nothing fancy in terms of features or packaging, but it's solid and reliable. The controller has a decent weight to it, which gives that feeling of quality, and the buttons and joysticks are all nice and responsive. It also is plug-and-play, as advertised, so you don't need any special drivers or software, and it'll work with most games as long as they work with 3rd-party controllers (I was disappointed to learn that Just Cause 3 only takes Xbox controllers). The triggers would benefit from a slightly wider range and/or lighter pull, since I sometimes find myself having to tense my fingers a bit to get the degree of control I want. Generally, though, it works great and is definitely worth it if you just need a simple controller for extra degrees of freedom in your games.

Pay for the Price
Bought this controller for me and my girlfriend to play it takes two since I only had 1 ps4 controller and it did the job like it needed to. Only problem we ran into was the cord being too short and sometimes disconnecting other than that controller worked perfectly fine.

Great controller
I bought this controller to use with an old scrolling game I loved: Captain Claw. My old controller wouldn't work with Windows 10. This controller works perfectly. I've been a fan of Logitech devices for years and they've never let me down. It does have a control panel that you access through the Windows Control Panel ->Devices & Printers. This allows you to calibrate and test the controller. I'm only 5'5", so my hands are rather small. This controller fits comfortably and I have no problem using the various controls.

Worth it if its $14 or under.
Bought this for a friend who I am building a retro PI for. It is a little over kill but he also plays some PC games which will allow him to use this as well.So far there has been no issues with the refurbished controller. What's even better a day or two after I bought it, it went up in price. Which kind of sucks as I was thinking about getting him a second one for retro use, but I guess he can get it himself. All the buttons work with nothing "sticking" I also didn't notice any dead spots where the joystick will get suck in a spot and either spin the character or camera round and round.I would highly recommend saving a few bucks and getting the refurbished, if its under $14 dollars. Anything more than that you are almost better off paying for the new thing as its not really much of a savings...... Unless you don't like dealing with the impossible plastic, than by all means get this controller which comes in a nice easy open box.

Better than expected
This controller looks brand new.Very impressed. After using for a month or so I notice a couple of buttons feel like they're sticking occasionally, but nothing too major, nothing to affect game play.I'm using this controller on a PC

Excellent condition: received sealed pack
I was lucky enough to receive the seal packed product, just a small cut on the top of the hard plastic packaging.Working fine as of now, using since one month.

Awesome controller
Controller is working perfectly, and for the price of Rs.1199, it's a steal!Other than the obvious good things what I liked most about this controller is:- It has a mode (X/D) switch button at the bottom which is quite useful- Long cord length (I prefer corded devices than wireless to avoid battery & connectivity issues)
