Karuna - Progesterone Plus Cream 2 oz

My naturopathic doctor recommended this cream a few years ago for my low progesterone levels. After using it as directed by her, my progesterone has been more stable. It is hard to rub in---takes a bit.

It has a much lower wild yam content than another cream I found called Anna’s Wild Yam cream. But it worked fairly well. It’s pretty good.

I have PCOS. This is the only product that has ever really helped me feel better. I use in the morning, if I use it at night I'm not able to sleep! This product was delivered almost a week earlier than stated! I have noticed, less hirsutism, slower regrowth and no new hairs. My energy is up and my mood is a little more stable. I also have not had such bad hot flashes. I've also been able to lose 10 lbs through exercise. Before I could eat right and exercise and the scale wouldn't budge. I'm on month 5, and could not imagine being without this cream! My natural doc recommended and I couldn't be more grateful.

Works pretty good. Makes me sleepy.

Works well for homone control even when used as part of a normal monthly routine. It helped me sleep better, sweat less and helped with mood imbalance. It's worth a try and a lot safer than artificial hormones.

There is no expiration date. I hope it’s not expired. The manufactured date is over two years old. It was the same with my last order as well

I've been using it since 2013 - it is wonderful! Just be consistent, follow the directions and don't stop.
