Inferior product
This toilet seat only had two pads on the underside of the seat which made it unstable when sat on. This caused the hinges to keep coming loose due to the unstable state of the seat. After contacting the manufacturer Heritage, they happily replaced the toilet seat which came fitted with four pads. Heritage had obviously redesigned the seat, but the seller on Amazon provided an old style seat. Not very impressed.

Excellent product and service
Bought a WC seat from this company. It arrived promptly and in protective wrapping. Works perfectly. Would definitely use them again.

Difficult to secure in place as ‘washer’ complicated to place
I have found it difficult to fit securely and stop it from slipping sideways as the ‘ washer ‘was difficult to understand despite instructions given.
