Bye-Bye Sticky Knobs
Just purchased a 2013 Land Rover Sport because I like the classic styling. The knobs however were sticky and just felt ick. I tried cleaning with cleaners and alcohol but they remained sticky. Took at chance and ordered these knob covers just to see if they would work. Wasn't sure if they would look cheap or even match the other silver trim but for the price, why not try. These knobs are just plastic so I placed them on the knobs without attaching to see how they looked. I was amazed! They looked very nice, matched the trim pretty well and feel much better than the sticky black knobs before. The dials are easy to turn with the "notches" matching up and you just remove the backing inside and press on. We will see how long they stay on but, they hopefully they will last a while. Only negative is that they hide the light on the fan control and the red/blue colors on the temperature controls but that isn't a big deal to me. My teenage son, who is really into cars, even gave them a thumbs up. For the price, give them a try!
