Nubian Heritage Lotion Goats Milk and Chai (13oz)

5 stars for the product 2 stars for the bottle This is the best lotion I have ever used. Thick viscosity but glides on smooth. Fast absorption and leaves skin feeling naturally moisturized. Seems to also help my skin balance and moisturize itself. I have to use a lot of lotion to cover my whole body but it will stay feeling soft for a long time. This product feels like skin food or like a skin vitamin. The bottle is terrible! So much product wasted! I am finally (after going through 6 bottles) going to hack into the bottle with scissors to get the remaining lotion out. This is the wrong bottle for the viscosity of the product. This product deserves a flexible bottle so all of the product can be used. PROS Skin food! Natural product, would work great on all skin types smells great! (soft, gentle feminine smell-- like the light scent of flowers on a spring day) CONS Wrong bottle for this product. But get some scissors when it's almost all gone! My skin: Fairly normal, no acne, slightly leaning toward dry. My friends with acne and oily skin have loved it, as well.

lovely product and would purchase again

I care about the quality of the ingredients, my wife cares about that and how well it works, and her mom cares about the smell and how it feels. I researched creams and found that this is as nearly a natural product with mostly excellent ingredients and no chemicals as can be found. The cost is less than brands using "clinically tested" or "doctor approved" or some other manipulative marketing nonsense. A lot of the "trusted" name brands have added chemicals and don't use any better ingredients than this cream but charge way too much. This product is an excellent balance of cost, quality, and pleasant appeal. I think the ingredients in the various blends of Nubian lotion are the same--we got the Goats Milk and Chai and all like the smell, but that's going to be personal, isn't it? I can tell you that my wife has a sensitive nose and doesn't like overly sweet, flowery, or strong scents. This has a very mellow but pleasant and natural smell to it. Nice for her to put on her face and for me to kiss. It's a little thick, so a bit goes a long way. I use it on my hands to combat the dry winter air, my wife puts in on her face for the same reason, and her mom--for whom we researched it in the first place--puts it on her 75-year-old face to protect her very thin and fragile skin. Works for all three of us.

Amazing lotion at a great price! Thick but not greasy. Absorbs into skin quickly and isn’t greasy at all! Doesn’t sit on top. Smells amazing and doesn’t overpower your chosen perfume scents when you wear them. If you choose to amplify its scent, there are other products with this scent so you can layer thus intensifying it. I’ve used it for many years now and was able to take it off of my product search. Now if I could just find a foundation so I can stop looking for that!
