This knife was a disappointer! The end of the blade is outright dangerous! If you hold the knife by locking your trigger finger and thumb to the edge/ mid section, you WILL get hurt. I ordered it only to read the reviews afterwards, it had already shipped. Once I got it, I held it the way you are supposed to. BINGO! The sharp edge went into my trigger finger. Nope! I instantly printed a return label and shipped it back as fast as I could. A knife needs to deliver. Henckels must raise its handle further and remove the serrated part from such an awkward location. If you hold a knife strictly by its handle this won't affect you. If you overlap your thumb and trigger fingers into the mid portion of the knife as you are meant to do, for better dexterity, you will get hurt! I was not able to see this knife in action. Read the blade is flimsy too. I did not even get to use it. Ergonomically it sucks!!! It went back right away.... UPDATE: Bought a CUTLUXE instead! Works fine. No fancy blade design. Just a good 5 inch serrated knife which is strong, not flimsy, performs well and looks phenomenal after each use👍
