Really useful
I've had this for years and find it really useful. It's durable and can be used on deck to double check something or as a quick memory jog. It's also useful when showing things others etc. I'm running a trip with four boats in a few months and have just bought one each for the other skippers on the trip.

A must have for every boat owner.
A great reminder and reference aid. Good for a quick refresher now and again in those quiet moments. Only thing I would change is the size of the print - could do with being larger but then that would probably impact on the quality of presentation of information. A must have for every Helm.

Useful info at a glance
Using when sailing - there's so much to remember about rules of the road, etc, it's useful to have the info at hand when you actually need it

Good but incorrect on details of the power turn
Just a little point but the author suggests you should be turning the rudder to port and full starboard when doing a power turn. This is not a good procedure and will confuse most beginners.yes IF you allow the boat to travel astern the rudder position will need to be reversed. the object generally in a power turn is to do it in a short distance and it's best just to let the prop wash do its job.
