Great scale alone otherwise for calorie tracking you need to enter the details
This is a good scale if that is your target alone. The size is decent and easily keep in storage. It has a nice finishing that look really nice It doesn't have data of food you need to enter it yourself All data such as your nutrition goals needs to be entered from scratch I was hoping it has its own database of food and respective calories If they can provide the food data just like myfitnesspal , I wouldgive it a 5 star. Otherwise its just your regular scale if no food data.

Best purchase this year. I love the smart features and accuracy of this scale. The different units of measure is so handy as well. I don't use the app too much but from what I did use, it's pretty reliable and bang on. Great value and quality.
