No, but it should keep the pig out. Install it on the bottom of the door instead of the top. If your pig has a magnet in its snout then it can get in.

Dear VMar, The flat base of the lock(which attaches to the door by 3M tape) is 1 1/2 inches wide by 1 3/8 inches high. The wedge-shaped striker plate catch is 1 3/4 wide by 1/4 inch high. The actual space needed on the cabinet surface is 1 1/2 inches by 1 3/8 inches. The lock itself will stand 1 1/2 inches tall when attached to the cabinet door. Please note that there must be a small amount of play between the lock and the striker when closed, otherwise the lock cannot release from the striker plate.
