I love my cart.. I am on the third floor of a condo building and use it to bring everything into my unit and carry things to my storage room.It rolls easily into my storage room which is located where I park. I do not travel lightly so when I am on the go it is easy to unload my car and carry everything right up to my unit. It is well constructed. I can not address the putting it together as my brothers did that part.I would recommend this cart also because it is easy to maneuver.

Using this in an Assisted Living to help move in residents. So far, so good!!

Bought my 3rd luggage cart and so far this one is a winner! Just as described. Had a wheel issue, company quickly replaced broken part and we were in good shape in a few days! Excellent service for a great product.

The parts for the cart arrived in three separate boxes (wheels, base and sides). The boxes were a little dinged up and there was a small hole in the box containing the wheels but all the parts arrived undamaged.Instructions were minimal, but would have been sufficient except that I received 4 washers and 4 lock washers that were not mentioned in the instructions. I assumed they went with the bolt that attached the sides to the base plate and used them there.The large metal washers that go between the top of the carpeted base plate and the sides - there is one side that has a chrome finish under a covering. I didn't notice this until I had already installed one side and left the unfinished side up. Not a big deal as the unfinished side still looks nice.Assembly of the cart was almost flawless. Attaching the top cross piece was the only issue. The bolt hole for one side must have been slightly off center as it was impossible to get the bolt to go in properly. The threads in the receiving hole were quickly stripped (bolt would start but then pop back out). After many tries, I must have got the bolt started off center as it finally went in but then got stuck. The bolt head was eventually stripped and I had to use a wrench to turn the bolt and get it to go in the rest of the way. Bolt must have been quality as I fully expected the bolt to snap. The wheels have little valves for air - make sure they are facing out when attaching to base plate.All tools needed to assemble cart are included - almost. My box had a flat head screwdriver and a hex bolt. Hex bolt is used for all but two screws to attach to bar. Those bolts have a Phillips head.The cart moves fairly smoothly, but while unleaded there are little bumps - it is as if one of the wheels are not completely round. Not a big deal and probably not noticeable on carpet.Overall, it appears to be a great cart for the value. We are using it for a condo building with approx. 15 units. to move parcels, luggage, etc. from the parking garage to individual units. It will get some use, but not heavy. I think it will be great for that purpose and use load.

I used this for a dance production. It worked great!

the wheels split.This cart is used in a condominium of 60 residents and not in a hotel. We replaced one wheel 6 months ago and now 3 split.I would not purchase this item .
