These delicious tiny pills are VERY good for cold symptoms! They work fast while making you feel better just as fast! Apparently if you have Sinus/Throat problems, Black Elderberry is a substance you need to become acquainted with and I highly recommend it.

Dispenser poorly designed
Couldn't get dispenser to work. Shake and shake and shake, tap and tap. Got a few serving but gave up in annoyance, so I can't really comment on it's effectiveness for health help.
