Love this little gadget. Please ensure you soak the cotton rods (both sides) before switching the humidifier on.At first I thought it doesn’t work but the cotton rod needs to be soaked well.

Giving 1 less star because received only 2 cotton sticks (1 x Long and 1 x Short) but description says 4.Pros:Works perfectly fine.Compact in size.Mist is good considering the size.Initially it didn't work even after dipping cotton stick for 15 min in water. Then I observed the stick is not touching top part of humidifier so I added a small cotton ball in the tube bottom and it started working.

Don't by 2 time ded product received

Stopped working in 4 days use. it's totally different product recieved from the image. Used product received. The cotton stick is also small, had to stuff some more cotton in order to make it work. Now it's not working

We use it for our Spanish moss, keeps the room at 45% easily, have to reset it every 8 hours - which is horrible if we forget - but does its job.

Received faulty product and looks like it’s a used one. Not working. Disappointed. Don't buy.
