This is the second set of bands I have bought. I loved my lighter resistance band from this company, and decided to buy more. It's hard for someone who lifts regularly to find bands that have a heavy enough resistance. I also own a hip circle from Rouge fitness, and I find these bands are of the same high quality. I really can't say enough good things about these bands. They're durable, comfortable, affordable, work well for squats, and adduction exercises. I highly recommend these.

I love this band. I have been using it for several months now, and it is amazing. It's made out of cloth, so it's very durable. I have had no issues with it rolling up or pinching my skin or anything like that. It is comfortable while wearing both shorts and leggings. It really engages the glutes with little effort. I use it to warm up by wearing it just above the knees and doing shuffles, then I wear it anytime I'm doing squats, deadlifts, glute bridges, etc. I am so grateful to have it throughout the shelter in place because I've been able to continue my glute progress from home while I don't have access to heavy weights. Definitely would buy again!

This is a nice band. It appears to be well constructed and is comfortable to use. As other reviewers have posted, it is not very flexible. That is not a negative, but if you are looking for a band to do clam shell exercises, this is not the one to buy. It is great for movements where you want a strong restriction. If that is what you want, this is an excellent band for you.

The tension is just right and the quality is superb!! No complains here! I hope you keep making them!
