This works perfectly for documentation for anything really. Super easy to assemble. The lid is a bit of a tight fit because of the bars that sit along the edge but you can push it on for a snug fit. Love the style, better than having an actual filing cabinet in your home lol. The lid is heavy duty while the rest of the box isn't quite as sturdy still works perfectly

I bought this to keep important papers and documents and I'm very happy with the purchase. The exterior is gray with a fuzzy, fabric texture that I like. The neutral color fits nicely with my decor.It can accommodate either Legal or Letter size documents (based on which direction you store the files in it) - I use it for Letter size papers. I bought some hanging file folders which hang on the railing.The box is collapsible, but when it's not collapsed, it feels very sturdy.I'm very happy with this purchase, it's a very affordable way to store files in a secure manner which is versatile in where you can place it because of the size, weight and look.

I love the boxes! I was looking for an alternative to a filing cabinet and they are just it! They have the exact measurements as my old filing cabinet so I could just switch the contents of the two drawers into the boxes. Now my files are hidden in plain sight in a handsome, linen-covered box. The boxes themselves don't seem super sturdy, couldn't be used as an extra seat. Maybe as a coffee table. The rails the files sit on aren't very sturdy and bend down in the middle. So don't make your files too heavy. For me, it just so works. I would imagine that they would last me a few years if I keep the load light.

This extra large size storage file boxe is really high quality beause I put my printer on it and it could hold very well. Safe space easily. It's good for organize staff and materials. It also help me work more easy. Also Protect and organize my magazine collection. BTW, this storage is also easy to storage and carry. I love the great design with clear label holder. And I write the file name and put it into side label holder. This way could quickly help me find where my documents are what docs inside. Considering my bedroom is really space limited, the shape and size of this storage works very well and help me organize docs and staffs. Don't be hesitate. It's worthful.

These boxes exceeded my expectations. They are easy to assemble, hold lots more files than anticipated and are easily stacked. A plus is that they look elegant in my home office. I would definitely buy again!

Needs to be assembled, but easily goes together and becomes a relatively strong container for file folders for records or bills. The box is covered in a fabric that looks decorative, and the box could then be stored in a study or bedroom or even a closet! It has handles to make it easily movable when you want. I have two residences, so I take it with me when I travel between the two locations.

This file box is very nice with its gray fabric and large size. there is plenty of room for all of my husband's files. the problem is the rails have no support in the center as they do on the ends-(hooks that go on top of the box). our files are heavy and you can see the rails sagging in the middle where there are no hooks. they need to add some kind of hooks in the middle to solve that problem. Also, the top is too tight and doesn't fit properly, I have to basically force the top onto the box. After I received the box, I noticed how heavy the whole thing was so I searched for a dolly (metal frame with casters) but it was expensive. I could have purchased a different file box that came with the dolly already and it would have been less expensive than buying them separately. As it turns out, I have a wood bar cart where the box fits perfectly on the bottom shelf and we can roll it around easily lol. So I will be keeping this item, I hope it lasts.

This is a wonderful, good looking file box. The quality is very good and it was a snap to put together. I have it in my living room with a large vase on it. I think the two together are very attractive and I like having its contents handy because it saves me from having to go downstairs to the retrieve needed documents from the office. I plan to buy additional ones for the office.
