I'm a forty something male with a young kid and less energy than I'd like. I've tried a few of these testosterone boosters. Most are either highly stimulating or make you feel weird, or both. Certainly I'm under no illusion that any of them can actually increase testosterone. From what I've read, none of the ingredients in these types of supplements has been proven to do that in any significant way. You'd need something far stronger. However, there's something about Prime Male that has caused me to buy three bottles so far. It definitely gives you more energy and not in a jittery too much coffee way, but just a, i feel good and ready to do stuff, way. It also has an effect in the bedroom. One possible downside is that it can make me a bit irritable and quicker to lose my temper but not sure if i'm imagining that. Also I find the suggested dose of 4 tablets too much and only need to take 2-3. I don't take it all the time but will likely purchase again.

I have been in the supplement business for many years and I am always on the lookout for new products. This product is good, but it has one fundamental flaw. Low testosterone is a killer for men. It can lead to many different ailments including heart disease and Alzheimer's, to name but two issues. Anything that can help restore T levels is a must in most men over 45 years old. This supplement looks as if it is excellent on paper. It has the key ingredients, D Aspartic Acid, Zinc, D, Mg, Ginseng, Ashwagandha, Nettle etc. On paper and in practice this formula works and it works very well. Within a week of taking it, you can feel a big difference, so what is the major problem? The big issue I have with this product is the amount of zinc contained in this product. Zinc can destroy copper absorbency. As such, it creates an imbalance in the body. Too much zinc can give you stroke-like symptoms and without copper, it can make you ill, 30mg of zinc without copper is way too much. If you take this tablet I highly recommend taking 3mg of copper to counteract this amount of zinc. If you get any numbness, prickly skin, or any kind of dizziness, or sick feeling from using this product it is probably too much zinc. This is serious and should not be ignored. I find it hard to recommend this item, due to the potential side effect of having too much zinc and not enough copper to balance the zinc.

I didn’t have my testosterone measured before starting these but many years ago it was tested and found to be at the low end of normal. So, believing my testosterone level was even lower now I started supplementing recently. After trying a product called Test Xtreme I then moved on to this. The ingredients seem better and in the right quantities. Since starting these a few weeks ago I’ve felt more energized and positive. I have been monitoring my blood pressure but that hasn’t really changed. The most noticeable change has been in my libido. I am much more up for bedroom action, feeling much fuller all the time and with more frequent, solid erections. I wish to continue but the downside is the cost at £40 per month. I’m going to try zinc, D3, K2, boron, magnesium and b6 separately to see how that compares. I can get those for less than half the price. That said, these seem like a great product.
