Compared to other I have bought this one is very poor. The reagent from each pad runs very quickly into each other. I have tried shaking and dabbing but it runs every time. The colour chart for comparison is wrapped around the bottle so you have to go back and keep checking if you are comparing the right one. The difference in negative and positive for Leukocytes is unclear the colour difference is so minimal that you can easily miss it.
